This yoga mat is a little bigger than the one I had originally bought years ago, but the fact that I had bought this Frenzybird branded yoga mat years ago shows that it holds up extremely well!
This was one of the first items I purchased when trying to get my body and muscles feeling better. I have family members that use this as well and swear by it!
I use these weights in my daily exercise routine.
