This is a 6-week container.
Each week is structured to force a shift in identity — not just behaviour.
You will:
• follow a daily non-negotiable structure (15–20 minutes)
• execute one weekly action that breaks your default pattern
• receive direct coaching and correction
• be held to a higher standard than you’re used to

• midweek check-ins / corrections
• end-of-week reflection + recalibration
